Hampton Inn Huntley Chicago

I am a truck driver and I drive all over the USA. This Hapmton is excellent and all facets of the world. Aayushi, Bob, Kathy,Pavan, Matt and Agatha and all the staff is wonderful and accommodating. The pool is awesome,rooms are super clean. Next time in Huntley I am definitely staying here.

Love the hotel and Pavon I hope that's how spell his name, he's the overnight staff i think. He was so helpful, caring and honest. We stayed a total of 3 nights he checked us in for the 2 nights. He answered all of our questions and he was kind not rushed or bothered. While we stayed the 2 nights we went swimming the water was a little chilly but the kids loved it. They had pool towels everywhere and the pool area was warm and clean, no trash anywhere. The pool bathroom was also clean. The breakfast was filling and was open till 10am it was your standard selections waffles, cereal, breads, yogurt many options. The hotel was clean,quite and fresh smelling especially the front entrance kinds made you feel at home. I went down around 1015am so about 45 till checkout and I renewed our stay for 1 more night. The woman checking me in was not friendly, she did not want to smile it was as if i was bothering her, now when I went down there was a guest there finishing up. The staff invited me to the counter after the guest left, I did notice the phone was of the hook laying down on the counter. The staff asked what room I was in and asked if I checking out, I said staying another night. She said ok then and pulled my info(member) and provided the amount, I questioned her was that with the member discount she responded no. She entered some info and provided another amount and I agreed, well she said no that's wrong you have 2 queens and the price went up, I asked is the right amount as I already knew the price she responded with yes and her delivery was dry as if i was making her work. So we settled everything, she also stated that i must bring the old key back down then I can get another. I informed her we need housekeeping keep in mind we have already stayed 2 nights with none, she brushed me off and replied yes yes that's fine. Well a few hours go by it's 2pm now the housekeeping is nowhere to be found and I go back downstairs to ask again. This time nobody was there i stood there for about 2 to 3 min and I'm like Hello to the staff door that was opened and nobody is coming(she could probably see me on the camera) just then 2 men dressed in regular clothes are coming off the elevator and asked me if what I needed. I asked him about housekeeping he logged in and reassured me that they would come to service the room. Fast forward till about 1045pm when we arrived back at the hotel Pavon greeted us and informed us that no housekeeping was done and he didn't know why but he repeatedly apologized to us. He quickly tried to remedy the situation and offers to switch room or provide clean towels. We chose to receive the towels but keep in mind that was the easy answer we should have changed rooms but it was late and tired. Now with that choice our room smelled from the trash so then we had to empty the trash that was placed by the door for housekeeping. Now overall our stay was fine just that issue and I appreciate the warmth from Pavon.

Rob went above and beyond. I accidentally booked the wrong date and arrived early, but he handled everything with professionalism. He quickly found a solution, made room for me, and turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a smooth experience. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely takes pride in delivering great customer service.

This Hapton Inn turned my disaster of where I was going to stay into an experience of perfect orchestration. My name was already on a handwritten welcome card and the room lighting seemed calibrated for relaxation. The concierge anticipated every whim, delivered every request, and staying here felt like being immersed in competence and subtle luxury. I checked out questioning why I had ever stayed anywhere else. What an experience!

Our home AC is broken and it's been 3 days. We decided to stay nearby and get a hotel for the night. The kids loved the pool. The room was perfect for us, the beds are pretty high so if you co sleep with a child under 2yrs keep that in mind. Breakfast was enjoyed by the kids, waffles, bacon, eggs, bagels, cereal etc. A little something for everyone. All of the staff members I came across looked like they would rather be somewhere else, they looked really miserable but, friendly if spoken to. I would stay here again. The room was clean, well stocked with helpful items and the beds were very comfortable.

Every staff member we spoke to was friendly, our rooms still looked new despite the hotel being opened for a few years now, and it was generally just a great experience. The hotel began construction before I moved out of state, but I was particularly excited to see it go up. If you have friends or family coming to town for anything, it’s a great place to stay. You may not think of the Hampton Inn as a local business, but remember that the people that work there, and the owner who franchised the hotel brand are local to our area.

Looks like a fairly new property. Everything about our stay was top-notch. Property was spotless, and a room very nice. Parking lot was Keptwell plowed. Breakfast was of a good variety and kept well stocked.There were two items that were a minor concern, first was the Sliding barn door used for the closet and bathroom. It was very heavy and hard to move. Second, the room refrigerator was pretty noisy. Even with these two things, I Woulddefinitely stay here again.

We've stayed here several times. Always a spotless room and a very accommodating staff. Breakfasts are the greatest. Just minutes off the Illinois tollway(I-90). Also, numerous restaurants, along with a Walmart, 5-mibutes away. So convenient.
